Return Policy

We are happy to offer a free return and a full refund on any product you've purchased from us within 30 days of the date of delivery.

As these are personal use items, we are unable to accept returns if they are opened or used.

Once a return authority number has been provided to you by one of our customer service representatives, you must ensure the parcel is returned to us within 30 days to qualify for a full refund. Items must be in original and unused condition.

Any Gift With Purchase received with an order must also be returned for a full refund.

If your order is missing a product or you have any other concerns, please Contact Us via our website chat or at support@ownyourglow.shop. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concerns as efficiently as possible.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We do not offer refunds simply for change of mind returns.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind returns.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Confirm that you meet our return conditions. As these are personal use items, we are unable to accept returns if they are opened or used.

2. Contact our Customer Service Team via our website returns@ownyourglow.shop with the subject “My Order [order number]”.
To expedite your request, please include the below details:
• Order number
• Address
• Date of product purchase
• Product(s) requested to be returned
• Return reason
• Product condition (unopened, used, damaged, faulty)

3. Within 48 hours, a customer service representative will get in contact with you and request that you provide a high quality photo, and any other relevant details.

4. Package your item securely.
To reduce waste, you can re-use the packaging, if you no longer have this, you can use a similarly sized box.

5. Post your return
Goods must be received into the Own Your Glow warehouse within 30 days of the date of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and goods must be shipped with insurance and tracking.

6. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse, our returns team will inspect the condition of your return.
If accepted, the refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email. Refunds take approximately 10 business days to be credited to your account.
